Sany America, Inc. Sany North America has pruchased property in Peachtree City to construct manufactruing and assembly operations as well as their North American headquarters. When completed, the six phases will consist of approximately 1,5000,000 SF of production space as well as a 200,000 SF headquarters building. Sany supplies heavy equipment to the construction industry. They sited Peachtree City's proximity to major highways and the airport plus the international industrial clientele as major reasons for their selection.

Rinnai Rinnai located their research, development and southeast distribution center to Peachtree City for the quality of life as well as available technical workforce. The company is the world's leader in tankless water heating systems. Their state of the art R&D facility features full laboratory as well as testing operations.
Jasper Engines Jasper Engines' main product is rebuilt heavy duty engines for trucks, step vans, and equipment. The Peachtree City facility is the southeastern distribution center for quality engines that are remanufactured in Jasper, Indiana. Peachtree City was chosen for its central location in the south as well as its proximity to the three major interstate highways that connect the Atlanta area to points along the eastern seaboard and the midwest.
Cooper Lighting Cooper Lighting relocated its division headquarters to Peachtree City, expanding its 405,000 SF southeastern distribution center and "Customer First" center in the Peachtree City Industrial Park. The move included the relocation of The Source, a state of the art training facility.
Peachtree City also offers a variety of smaller office buildings in town which tend to be occupied by many professional service providers such as doctors, dentists, attorneys, and accountants.

The Avenue Peachtree City The Avenue Peachtree City is an open air, pedestrian friendly shopping center with upscale tenants including Gap, Gap Kids, Talbots, Banana Republic, Chico's, Joseph A. Bank, Victoria's Secret, Williams-Sonoma. Ann Taylor, Atlanta Bread Company, Ted's Montana Grill, and more.
Kroger/Target Kroger is the 71,000 SF anchor in the Kedron Shopping Center which has been in operation since 1996. Target anchors Phase II of the center which was built in 2006. Other tenants in this 400,000 SF center include Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross, PetCo, and Hibbett Sporting Goods.
Also open at Kedron are Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, Outback Steakhouse, Shane's Ribshack, Panera Bread, and Wells Fargo Bank among others.

Peachtree Crossing The Fresh Market is one of the newer anchor tenants in Peachtree City. With its natural and organic approach to food items, it has been a big success within the community and is the main attraction to a shopping area that includes McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Hallmark cards, and Edward Jones. Also present are eye care professionals, a dry clearners, a hair salon, and more.
Braelinn Village The Braelinn Village Shopping Center is one of the original villages of Peachtree City and is approximately 350,000 SF in size and is anchored by both Kroger and Kmart.
West Village Shopping Area The West Village Shopping area fronts Highway #54 as you drive west from the heart of Peachtree City. It is anchored by Walmart and Home Depot with support from national retainers such as Best Buy, PetSmart,

Clayton State University-Fayette Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Clayton State University-Fayette is a part of the University System of Georgia. Clayton State offers many courses at its Peachtree City location as well as online and partially online courses.
Point University As a private, four year liberal arts institution, Point University offers degrees of study ranging from biblical studies to biology through a broad, comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare students for their chosen profession.
